In a continuing effort to make paying taxes more convenient the City of Utica now offers online viewing and payment of your tax bills 24 hours a day.

Please remember to enter only Your Address, USE ONLY THE STREET NAME, OR Your Parcel ID OR Your Tax Bill Number. Entering more than one may result in error.

If you are attempting to pay tax liens online, all liens must be paid in full. You can also pay your tax liens at Utica City Hall, by mailing payment or call the Tax Office at (315) 792-0147 for other options.

The tax due dates to avoid interest are as follows:

CITY TAX

April 30th. - 1st Installment.
July 31st. - 2nd Installment.
January 31st. - 3rd Installment.

SCHOOL TAX

October 31st. - 1st Installment.
2nd. Installment - 1st Tuesday of December.

COUNTY TAX

January 31st.

SOLID WASTE

April 30th.
